 Paul Mengert, the dedicated Chief Executive Officer of Association Management Group (AMG), holds strong convictions about the importance of community engagement and giving back, considering it one of the most significant responsibilities an individual can embrace. In his multifaceted role as President of the Carolinas Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, he imparts knowledge through educational classes designed for homeowner's associations. These classes have received approval as continuing education credits by organizations nationwide, including the North Carolina Board of Realtors, the South Carolina Department of Real Estate, and even the California Department of Real Estate.
